Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting Customer Support. To avoid charges for your next shipment, cancellations must be processed before your next scheduled billing date. For the TeloMeds Membership Program, cancellations must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next renewal date, as further described below. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles and do not apply to orders already processed or shipped.
You may cancel your TeloMeds Membership at any time by: (i) logging into your TeloMeds account and navigating to Account Settings > Membership > Cancel Membership; or (ii) contacting Telo customer support at care@telomeds.com. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, your cancellation must be confirmed at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Your Membership will remain active through the last day of your current paid billing period. TeloMeds does not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will lose access to Membership Services — including Provider consultations and prescription renewal services — at the end of your final paid billing period. TeloMeds recommends consulting with your Provider before discontinuing any prescribed treatment, as abrupt cessation of certain medications may affect your health. Re-enrollment may require a new intake evaluation.
Membership Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, except in the following circumstances: (a) No Prescription Issued — If, following your initial intake evaluation, a Provider determines treatment is not clinically appropriate and no prescription is issued, TeloMeds will refund your $39.00 initial membership fee in full; or (b) Documented Billing Error — If you are charged in error (e.g., following a timely and confirmed cancellation due to a technical failure), TeloMeds will process a refund upon verification. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within thirty (30) days of a verified request.
Program Modifications and Discontinuation
TELOMEDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE THE TELO MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM — INCLUDING THE SERVICES INCLUDED, FEES, AND ANY OTHER PROGRAM TERMS — AT ANY TIME AT TELO'S SOLE DISCRETION. TELO WILL USE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TO PROVIDE AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS' ADVANCE NOTICE OF ANY MATERIAL CHANGES. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER RECEIVING NOTICE OF A MODIFICATION CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED TERMS. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH A MODIFICATION IS TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE IT TAKES EFFECT.

Certain care plans are offered on a recurring basis to ensure continuity of care.
- Automatic Billing: By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency disclosed at checkout.
- Renewal: Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before your next billing date.
- Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change; however, any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated to you prior to your next billing cycle.
