What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment provider that lets you split eligible purchases into smaller, scheduled payments instead of paying all at once. Availability and terms are determined by Klarna at checkout.

How do I pay with Klarna?

Select Klarna as your payment method at checkout and follow the prompts. Klarna will show your available plans and any eligibility requirements before you confirm.

Is there interest or a fee?

Terms vary by plan and are set by Klarna, not TeloMeds. Review the details Klarna presents at checkout before you agree.

Who do I contact about a Klarna payment?

For questions about a Klarna plan, balance, or schedule, contact Klarna directly through their app or website. For questions about your TeloMeds order, email care@telomeds.com.
